On the island, you'll find 4 restaurants, the best known of which are the Hôtel des Pêcheurs, serving Italian-Napolitan cuisine, and the Restaurant de la Ferme, serving Mediterranean cuisine.

Just 30 minutes by boat from Cavallo, you can enjoy a meal in Bonifacio, in its citadel or port, or in the Gulf of Sant'Amanza.
